Mr. Manoj Kumar has done Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru Technology University and possesses an experience of 22 years in total in the Software, Retail, Construction and Manufactoring industry as well as 18 years of experience in the real estate development and construction industry. Under his visionary leadership, Aakriti has grown from a little venture to one of the top real estate companies having a reputed brand name and an iconic status in the industry. With his accurate approach towards any project and his powerful networking skills, he's proved his business acumen time and again. He's valued and cherished in the real estate circles for his relentless pursuit towards perfection and results and his visionary nature, and he's credited with a significant position for playing a vital part in the development of the real estate industry. Spread across more than 10 projects, he's delivered over 21 lakh sq. ft. of saleable area as well as the current pipeline of 19 lakh sq. ft. of saleable area which is spread across multiple projects. Mr Manoj has been formerly associated with Microsoft, Alcatel and Motorola.

Ms. Shikha has graduated with a bachelors in commerce. She tied the marital knot in the year of 2007 with Mr. Manoj. She's been associated with multiple functional sectors of the company till 2013 and in that duration, she's acquired a profound and deep knowledge of the construction industry while also gaining experience in administrative capacity. Post that, she's been involved in the business of retail showrooms till 2015. Although, after this venture, the couple (both husband and wife) decided to be more involved in processes involving decision-making as they were blessed with two kids. Prioritizing her personal life over professional, Ms. Shikha has spent most of her time with her kids and their development, while also being a part of key business decisions. And therefore, Ms. Shikha has been a prime building block, not only when it concerns the business aspects, but also with the personal aspects of her life.
